The hotel is clean, with outstandingly accommodating personal, and offers excellent and lovely location just next door to food area looking int befroom, Birmingham airport, and city centre. We would recommend this place to others.

The staff were nice and assisted us with free parking. A great selection of lovely food, we truly enjoyed it. Nothing too much trouble, this was a really really nice stay for a vacation.
Although everything was great, some of the staff were very unfriendly.

Pleasant hotel with nice staff, has unbeatable location close to the business park. Perfect and superb breakfast, including eggs and coffee.
A little small bathroom.

We had the double room and it was tidy with a great shower. The service was good, the food was decent. The location was great and unbeatable, just a pleasant stroll away from Birmingham Business Park.

the location is marvellous and peaceful in a nice area. it's short walk to restaurants, and airport. it has extensive full english breakfasts and knowledgeable staff.

As for me, the location was marvellous, so close to the airport and restaurants and shops. Also, Meriden Park was 2 km away. The facilities were GREAT and easy to use. This was my very nice stay on the business trip.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

Was a great base for christmas. The time I spent there was nice. I enjoyed the English breakfast and the adequate room. An electric kettle, central heating and an iron were much appreciated. Its location not too far from Birmingham Business Park was marvellous and peaceful. Plus, it was very close to a very nice garden, the airport, and International railway station. You could leave a car outside.
